Robbinsville Township is a township in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Located at the cross-roads between the Delaware Valley region to the southwest and the Raritan Valley region to the northeast, the township is considered part of the New York Metropolitan area as defined by the United States Census Bureau, but directly borders the Philadelphia metropolitan area and is part of the Federal Communications Commission’s Philadelphia Designated Market Area. As of the 2020 United States census, the township’s population was 15,476, its highest decennial count ever and an increase of 1,834 (+13.4%) from the 13,642 recorded at the 2010 census, which in turn reflected an increase of 3,367 (+32.8%) from the 10,275 counted in the 2000 census.
